Customer Service Agent

*Several positions available, full time and part time

We are looking for candidates to work with real estate professionals! Your passion and desire to excel and succeed in a dynamic work environment makes you the ideal candidate.

With your knowledge and skills, you will be able to: proudly represent NEXONE with our customers, meet and exceed different goals, and contribute to business growth by cross-selling and creating brand loyalty.

• Provide professional telephone support service to our customers by establishing cordial communications;
• Take appropriate measures to diagnose issues and provide technical support;
• Assist customers in adequately using our solutions via online coaching sessions;
• Other related duties assisting our customers and providing superior service.

• Bilingual (English and French) written and spoken ESSENTIAL;
• Experience in customer service and/or call center (an asset);
• Good listening and strong communication skills;
• Efficiency, accuracy and ease to handle multiple computer applications;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office environment;
• Team spirit and ability to work under pressure efficiently and positively;
• Great autonomy and ease of adaptation;
• Initiative, organization and excellent management skills regarding time and priorities;

Several positions available: full time (possibility of part time)
Working hours: Flexible schedules, day or evening position to be discussed
